Telephone Banking |  | CALL24 telephone banking provides members with FREE account access from any touch-tone phone, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. While members have touch-tone telephone access to their Seven Seventeen accounts, they also have the added choice and convenience of voice activated response. This allows members to traverse the options and make transactions using voice commands. Verbal shortcuts allow members to go straight to certain functions without waiting to listen to the various other options. With CALL24 you can:
- Make deposit inquiries;
- Obtain withdrawal activity information and make withdrawals by check;
- Make loan activity inquiries and make loan advances by check;
- Perform cross-account inquiries and savings, checking and loan transfers from your account number to another member's account number with proper permission from other account holder/s (click here to download a PDF version of the Cross-Account Activity application);
- Change your PIN;
- Use a loan calculator to figure out payment amounts, number of payments or loan amounts (using any two of the three parameters mentioned will calculate the third);
- And much more.

If you haven’t experienced the convenience of CALL24 in the past, signing up is easy! Just call any of our main phone numbers: 330-372–8100, 330-539–6627, 330-534–9002, 330-609–5300, 330-726–0344, 330-793–2495, 330-677–0001, 330-492–1106, or 800-775–7741 and speak to a TeleServices Representative. You will be assigned a Personal Identification Number (PIN).
Then, to use CALL24, call any of our main phone numbers, select the CALL24 option, and follow the prompts. CALL24 Tips
- Your CALL24 account number is the same as your savings account number.
- You may need account suffixes in some instances. Check your member account statement for the exact suffix codes used on your accounts. Click here for a full list of suffix codes.
- Make multiple transactions during the same call. You do not have to hang up and redial; just wait for the appropriate prompts.
